A vibrant lakeside community within the City of Mississauga, the Town of Port Credit is rich in history with a strong vision for the future. First established as a trading post in the 1720’s, this glistening gem by the lake has continued to grow to become one of the most sought after residential areas in the Greater Toronto Area. The Village of Port Credit, central on the Waterfront Trail, offers residents great neighbourhoods, beautiful parks, quality schools both public and private, easy access to downtown Toronto via the QEW or GO Transit and a charming small town shopping and entertainment district. But maybe the true beauty of the town is that there’s no highway, railway or wall of condo towers separating the street scene from the shores of lovely Lake Ontario.
